How to Access and Download UPRTOU Study Material (E-SLM)?
Waiting for the arrival of your printed books or do you just want to live a paperless life? The E-SLM portal has your back. Almost all of the university’s courses have been digitized by the university so that you can begin studying as soon as your admission is confirmed.
Steps to download SLM PDFs:
Step 1: Go to the official UPRTOU site www.uprtou.ac.in.

BA and MA courses in the non-professional stream are generally available in Hindi. Professional courses like MBA, MCA, some Science courses, etc. are available in English. Please check the medium of instruction in your course brochure.
The cost of your SLM is included in your program fee. You do not need to pay anything more for getting your books or downloading the PDFs.
Students are formally advised to use E-SLM (PDF form of SLMs available on UPRTOU website) which are exactly same as the printed Blocks. Students can use E-SLM in the place of printed study books for valid exam/course/assignments preparation.
